My life is finally “secure” enough (for which I’m grateful) that I’m feeling a lot more grieving that I wasn’t able to feel in 2018. I wouldn’t have made it through then, I think, if I hadn’t been very numb. I read an article about Eddie Murphy, recently, and it very much reminded me of Tim. He loved Eddie Murphy and I haven’t figured out what it is that they had in common, but there was something. (besides the obvious creative and irresistible sense of humor!) Love you, Tim Love, Becky

Tim you were a good engineer, mentor, person, and friend. I will miss our chats and video calls together. You will be missed greatly, but never forgotten.

Tim's joy of life and laughter inspired us. As his mentor during his doctoral program, I felt blessed to know Tim and to share his dreams for the future. In his introduction to virtual worlds class, he designed life-size comics to illustrate the theory of Flow for the game of golf. We experience Flow when our challenges are slightly greater than our abilities, and we triumph over them. Tim was a Freshman my Senior year at Marana that & Lake Ave. One day, some 30 yrs later, we reconnected on FB & his daily inspirations, funny quotes & memes, pics of his kids & fur babies, his encouragement to me after I lost my hubby will be missed. I picked on Tim often of FB & he always laughed with me. I will miss his pics in his sleep pants all the crazy designs. I'll miss that. I'm glad he's no longer in pain & worshipping with our Lord.

Tum touched the hearts of many. I will miss the daily laughs he gave me through his facebook posts and comments. He always offered encouragement and support. My condolences to his loved ones who have lost a man who made the world a better place.

I met Tim a few years ago at one of our CTU sessions. Tim was in my cohort so we spent a bit of time getting to know each other. After our session ended, we all went our separate ways, but Tim kept in touch. He kept me motivated to complete my degree. One thing that was so special about him was that, even though he lived clear on the other side of the country, he always seemed to know when I needed a little encouragement. When I was feeling low, I'd always get a pm on FB with some crazy comment or memory. He is on our prayer list at church and everyone asks after him. They will be sad to hear of his passing. Even from so far away, he was a light in my life and I will miss him.

The thing I remember about Tim was how he wasn't going to let circumstances get the best of him. He was optimistic and inspirational at the same time. There was always a plan, always a next time and he always kept the faith. I remember how happy he was as he looked to the future with Carrie. I will miss you Tim.

I love how Tim would listen to all points of view, whether he agreed with them or not... And his sense of humor and positive attitude.... I miss you on FB....

My heart is breaking, as you were my love, my hope and my future. You had the biggest heart, greatest sense of humor, you were generous, a friend to everyone, so intelligent and you fiercely loved your children. I'll miss everything. Talking and texting 24/7, Disneyland trips, just hanging out watching movies, and planning our future..we had big dreams! I'll miss your smile, your laugh, those big, blue eyes. You helped me through a difficult time in my life, I don't know how I would have made it through without you. Now, I don't recognize this new life I've been thrown into without you. I will face it, because I have to. You always said I was the strongest women you knew. I guess I'll have to try and prove that, and make you proud now. You fought the good fight. I am happy you are pain free, in your eternal home. I will miss you more than words can say. What a celebration it will be when we someday meet again in eternity. Tim has always made me laugh. Tim, my brother, I miss you. I remember always trying to do whatever you were doing--something that really annoyed you. Tim, I will always remember when you made us laugh at the dinner table, to the point that milk came out someone's nose because we were all trying to hold it in!
